Effective date: September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of SAYKAYZ and your submission of any publication through it. By submitting material to us or using this site, you agree to them.
What SAYKAYZ is
SAYKAYZ is a publishing platform. We take material you submit, whether a thesis, research paper, blog post, story, idea, collaboration, or insight, and format it into a consistent, professional layout for publication on this website. We are not a journal, a publisher of record, an editor of your ideas, or a fact-checking service. We do not evaluate the accuracy, originality, or quality of what you submit beyond formatting it and checking it against these terms.
Submitting your work
When you submit material, you confirm that:
- You wrote it yourself, or have full permission from every co-author or rights holder to submit it
- The name you give us to credit the piece to is accurate and is either your own name or a name you are authorized to use
- You own or have permission to use every image, graph, video, or other file you upload
- The material does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, defame anyone, or violate any law
We accept text along with images, gifs, video, and documents in formats including .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .xlsx, .mp4, .zip, and .tar. See our Submission Guidelines for current file size limits and category options.
Review, revisions, and approval
After you submit, we format your material into our standard publication template and email you a private preview link. If something needs changing before you approve it, let us know through the Contact page. Nothing is published without your explicit approval of the final preview.
Payment
Once you approve the final preview, publishing your piece requires a one-time fee of $17.99 (US dollars), paid through our payment partner, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for the order. For customers in the UK and the EU, VAT is included in that price; in some US states, sales tax may be added at checkout. Your publication goes live once payment is confirmed. Because the work is fully formatted and approved by you before payment is requested, all payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Authorship and attribution disputes
SAYKAYZ does not verify the identity of submitters or confirm that a person is who they claim to be. If, at any point, someone claims that a published piece is actually theirs, that the name attached to it is incorrect, or otherwise disputes authorship or attribution, SAYKAYZ is not responsible for resolving that dispute. We publish material in good faith based on the information the submitter provides at the time of submission. Any such dispute is between the parties involved, and they must resolve it directly with each other, including through legal means if necessary. SAYKAYZ will cooperate reasonably with a valid legal request but does not investigate, arbitrate, or make determinations about authorship on its own.
Content ownership and license
You retain ownership of everything you submit. By submitting, you grant SAYKAYZ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, format, display, and distribute your published piece on this website and in connection with promoting the platform, for as long as it remains published. You can request removal at any time through our Contact page.
Prohibited content
You may not submit material that is illegal, defamatory, plagiarized, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else’s rights. SAYKAYZ may decline to publish, or remove after publishing, any piece that violates these terms, without a refund of the publishing fee where removal is due to your violation.
Advertising
SAYKAYZ may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, alongside published content. Ads are placed so they do not block or interrupt the reading experience.
No warranty, limitation of liability
SAYKAYZ is provided as is. We do not guarantee that publishing your work will result in any particular outcome, audience, or recognition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAYKAYZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from disputes between users regarding published content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
